We remain fully operational and are taking every necessary step to continue to provide the service you rely on, with a minimal level of disruption as events unfold. To ensure this, we have already taken several preparations and steps.
First, our entire staff at Hitachi Capital America successfully completed a two-day ‘work remote’ exercise to identify and correct any issues that could potentially impact our daily business procedures. We are confident our team is capable of safely and securely handling our operations outside of the office.
Internally, we are restricting business travel, requiring self-isolation for employees traveling from high-risk countries, encouraging virtual meetings, re-evaluating our guidelines around large events, and doing all we can to keep our employees informed of COVID-19 developments and our plans.
In addition, our senior leadership team is meeting daily to monitor the situation to safeguard that our business, and by extension yours, continues to operate all while protecting our employees.
